Ayoub Ennaciri

Biography

Ayoub Ennaciri is a Research Specialist with a mechanical engineering background and more than 10 years of experience in industrialization and technical project management, built across demanding sectors including automotive, aerospace, and energy.

His career progressed from technical design work (PSA Group, BOMBARDIER) to component engineering (STELLANTIS, RENAULT), and then to leading strategic projects as a consultant in France for clients such as CROUZET, SAFRAN AEROSYSTEMS, and IVECOBUS.

Along the way, he developed strong expertise in project management (Agile, APQP, PPAP), quality assurance (FMEA, DFMEA, PFMEA), and new product industrialization — from early feasibility studies through to full-scale production.
