The workshop the theme of “Shaping the future with composite materials”. This workshop provides a high-level forum to discuss the latest development of composite science and technology. The covid pandemic made events take place online, nevertheless the workshop was enabled a number of high-caliber professors, researchers, engineers and industry practitioners to shared their knowledge, expertise and experience in their respective fields of expertise.

Faisal Kamal and Mohammed Almulhim, students at COHMAS, are working on the optimisation of processing techniques for SABIC products under the supervision of Dr. Arief Yudhanto, Dr. Matthieu Mulle and Prof. Gilles Lubineau. This collaboration was with the SABIC Plastic Applications Development Center.
